The Gold Standard for Leather Watch Straps
All of our watch straps are entirely handmade, utilising traditional leather crafting techniques. They are cut, saddle stitched and edge painted by hand to ensure your straps are durable and refined. All of our straps are lined with Zermatt leather, a hypoallergenic and water-resistant french calf leather. As all our leathers are full-grain leathers, the natural characteristics of the leather will show and may vary across straps.
What size fits my watch?
The two numbers in the sizing dropdown follows the following format: Lug Width/Buckle Width
The most important measurement is the Lug Width. The lug width refers to the width of the strap where it connects to the watch.
The Buckle Width refers to the width of the strap at the buckle.
For example a 20mm/16mm strap has a lug width of 20mm, and a buckle width of 16mm. This means the strap tapers from 20mm at the lugs of the watch down to 16mm at the buckle. For more information, click here.
What length best suits my wrist?
As an approximate guide:
- Extra Small: 95mm/65mm fits a wrist size of 5.25 - 6.0 inches (13.5cm-15.25cm)
- Small: 105mm/70mm fits a wrist size of 6 - 6.75 inches (15.25cm-17.25cm)
- Standard: 115mm/75mm fits a wrist size of 6.5 inches to 7.2 inches (16.5cm-18.25cm)
- Large: 125mm/80mm fits a wrist size of 7.2 inches - 8.25 inches (18.25cm - 20.8cm)
- Custom: We can accomodate custom lengths for made-to-order straps

Strap Care & Maintenance
With our leather straps, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with, and submerging the strap in water.
Wiping down the lining with a damp cloth or towel every few weeks will prevent sweat and gunk from building up.

Quick-Release Spring Bars
Our ready-to-wear straps come with quick-release spring bars which allows you to easily install and remove the strap without the need of a tool. Say good bye to scratching the lugs of your watch!
316L Stainless Steel Buckle
Our straps comes installed with a 316L stainless steel buckle which is engraved with our Artisan Straps logo. This buckle comes with drilled lug holes allowing for easy removal without damaging the strap.
Water-resistant Calfskin Lining
In order to provide a luxurious feel, the straps are lined with Zermatt calfskin leather from Haas Tannery. This premium material is specially developed for use as a lining material and offers exceptional softness and comfort. It is also water and sweat-resistant, making it ideal for use in hot and humid climates.
